Our Story
Established in 2018, Steed & Fox was founded out of a love of our architectural and industrial history and an awareness that as a society we need to reduce our environmental impact. We can all live more sustainably and have a conscious care for our planet by making stylish home interiors uniquely yours by buying vintage reclaimed, recycled, and upcycled pieces.
Based in the United Kingdom we are a family-run business operating exclusively as an online retailer delivering directly to your door from our headquarters located in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. We specialise in 20th Century timeless designs, architectural features, industrial salvage, and vintage pieces from the art deco period right up to and including the 1990s.
Our passion is for finding and saving the most diverse, rare, authentic, interesting, unusual, quirky, weird, and wonderful vintage items from around the world. As a business, we resell, re-purpose, and restore these items giving them a new lease of life, preserving them for future generations to enjoy.
We’ve always believed in doing more for our beautiful planet by championing buying vintage over buying new, acknowledging the need to move away from our society's throw-away culture by buying second-hand, recycling, upcycling, and reusing more of the vintage items and materials we already have that would otherwise end up in landfill.

We’ve always believed in doing more for our beautiful planet by championing buying vintage over buying new, acknowledging the need to move away from our society's throw-away culture by buying second-hand, recycling, upcycling, and reusing more of the vintage items we already have that would otherwise end up in landfills. The packaging we use also forms part of our sustainability strategy, whenever possible we use recycled packaging materials and reuse used packaging.
Our sustainability policy is constantly evolving as we look at ways of doing business without negatively impacting the environment, community, or society as a whole. As a business, we are committed to measuring and reducing our impact on the environment. We will continue to assess our own environmental impact and use those findings to reduce our footprint.
